Please review these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the LamaniPulse Clinic Management System and related cloud healthcare services operated by Lamanify ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to, or accessing LamaniPulse, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Description of the Healthcare Platform
LamaniPulse is an intelligent, cloud-native clinic management and patient retention operating system providing:
- Clinical EMR: Electronic medical notes, prescription autocompletion, ICD-10 templates, allergy alerts, and verifiable digital Medical Certificates (MCs).
- Patient Engagement & Queue TV: In-Car waiting QR check-in, real-time Queue TV display with multilingual voice synthesis, and automated WhatsApp appointment/review triggers.
- Statutory Billing & Compliance: Automated 8% SST calculation, medical exemptions, and direct real-time synchronization with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) MyInvois portal.
- Inventory & Dispensary: First-In, First-Out (FIFO) batch expiry tracking, low-stock notifications, and supplier purchase orders.
3. Account Security & Practitioner Responsibilities
- You must ensure that only licensed healthcare practitioners and authorized clinic personnel access clinical consultation and dispensary modules.
- You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of practitioner authentication credentials.
- All clinical decisions, patient diagnoses, and medical prescriptions remain the sole professional responsibility of the attending healthcare provider. LamaniPulse provides clinical decision support tools (e.g. drug interaction warnings), but does not substitute for certified medical judgment.
4. Clinic Data Ownership & Portability
- You Own Your Data: All patient profiles, consultation records, clinic invoices, and inventory logs remain the exclusive intellectual property and confidential records of your clinic practice.
- Zero Lock-In: You may export your complete database (patients, medical history, stock counts, billing records) in standard formats (CSV, XLSX, PDF) at any time.
- Upon subscription cancellation, you are granted a 30-day window to download and archive your clinical data before secure permanent purging.
5. Subscription, Billing & RM0 Migration
- Subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month or annual schedule as selected during plan setup.
- Free Migration Guarantee: Standard data migration from legacy platforms (Klinify, Gloco, CliniSys, CMGsys) is provided at RM0 with no hidden setup fees.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your clinic subscription at any time without punitive termination fees.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
